Our Challenge

TouchRight Software (a property software company) wanted to create a launch campaign, including brand, logo and online presence to market their property software, and achieve a target customer base of 100 within 12 months.

Our Solution

Create and develop a brand identity and online presence, design and implement a launch campaign initially aimed at the property lettings industry, establish customer network through social media to help drive ongoing customer retention.

Our Methods

• Brand development – logo and identity
• Website development – design and create a marketing site and customer portal
• Event management – series of regional roadshows to target customers
• Communications – press, newsletters, social media management, awards
• Advertising – targeted property press ads, local press
• Marketing materials – leaflet, postcard, direct mail

The Outcome

Company launched in March 2013 and is on track to achieve year one targets.  TouchRight received the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the ‘Innovation’ category at the Landlord & Lettings Show Awards for 2013/14!
